In order to adapt the newly revised Administrative Litigation Law of the People's Republic of China, in response to the call of the Supreme People's Court on the proposal of patent agents to participate in the work of patent civil and administrative litigation cases, we will actively pursue the Administrative Measures on the Administration of Litigation Agencies of the All China Patent Agent Association relevant provisions. Our company Mo Yaojiang and other three people were selected as litigation agent by the recommendation of the All-China Patent Agents Association, because they actively participate in the application of litigation agent.
