Our customer Guangdong Good Chemical Science & Technology Co. Ltd submitted “Gaofuli” (application number: 5411270) trademark in the first category of registration applications, the trademark entered the preliminary notice stage in 2009. The Guangdong Good Chemical Science & Technology Co. Ltd received the No. 5411270 “Gaofuli” objection from Guangzhou Lonkey co., ltd.

    Guangzhou Lonkey co., ltd obtained the registration of “Gaofuli” trademark in the third category, acting as a reason for objecting the “Gaofuli” trademark of the Good Company. As a result, Good Company entrusted our company (Foshan Branch of Guangdong I.P. Law Office) to deal with the objection.

    The State Trademark Office thought the use of No. 5411270 “Gaofuli” and the registered “Gaofuli” trademark on product were not similar and they were uneasy to misleading the customers.

    At last, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board decided that No. 5411270 “Gaofuli” was approved to register and the objection was failed.
