Shanghai Kangfute Company submitted "ZONE + graphics" trademark registration application in November 2007, and the application entered in the preliminary notice stage in 2010. Our customer Guangzhou Cnlight Co., Ltd considered that the graphic part of the trademark was similar to the graphic mark of its own registered application in January 2007, and The use of two trademarks are for the similar products. Therefore, the Cnlight Co., Ltd commissioned our company to apply an objection for the Kangfute Company’s "ZONE + graphics" trademark. 

     After analyzed, we thought that Kangfute company part graphic of trademark was similar to the trademark of Guangzhou Cnlight Co., Ltd. The judges ruled that the reason for the objection was effective and No. 6370343 "ZONE + graphics" trademark was not approved for registration. Our company maintained the benefit of Cnlight Co., Ltd successfully.
